Fiorenza Italian Restaurant is the epitome of ancient traditional Italian.

A warm, passionate kitchen perfect for a fun and delicious experience with friends in the 23400 District of San Jose del Cabo.

The owner, Cristian Martínez is proud of having been born in San José del Cabo, where he grew up surrounded by the ingredients and the tables of his family’s restaurant, the place where he spent his evenings after school.

He learned about techniques and local products , he later polished  his skills in Guadalajara, where he finished his studies. Then, he came back to the peninsula to help his family with their business.

At the time of his return, they decided to buy this Italian restaurant from the former owners and developed a style  adapted to the new movement needs.

His knowledge of cooking and techniques allowed him to team up with chef Esther Rodríguez, who keeps alive the Italian tradition of this ristorante with every detail of the dishes.

The menu includes many delicacies like the burrata salad—prepared with the house pesto, lettuce leaves, prosciutto, and a fruit selection including melon, strawberries, and fig—or the Maltagliati pasta with olive oil, fresh mushrooms, and fresh shrimps .
