“H. Restaurant”, located in the heart of historic San José del Cabo, is a creative blend of Mexican and International flavors that combine refinement, warmth, and excellence.
Each dish in the menu is prepared carefully to create a tasty flavor to enchant the senses.
Some options are the colorful tomato salad, roasted beet, and goat cheese, an authentic onion soup and the beef ribs served with sautéed vegetables and for the grand finale the crème brûlée of the house.
Luis Herrera was born in Mexico City and after some courses at the Universidad Iberoamericana, he travelled to Hyde Park NY to continue learning at the Culinary Institute of America. Amazed by the vibrating Big Apple, he decided to stay for a while and work in the demanding kitchens of the French bistros, where he shaped his cuisine , but most importantly, his character.
Thanks to his cooking passion and his creative personality, he became the first Executive Chef at “Club de Golf Querencia” in Cabos. He then became Executive Chef of “Club Ninety-Six”, a very exclusive restaurant also in Cabo. And together with his father, Luis Herrera Blanc, he opened his own restaurant in San José del Cabo.
