Tadd adopted the Habanero chile, symbol of Mexican cuisine, and mixed it with Asian and European techniques to fire up his gastronomic proposal—that was a game changer for the gastronomic offer in San José del Cabo.

In 2004, He opened “Habaneros”, a place where he has been able to express his Mexican Fusion cuisine focused on seafood and  grill.

Tadd Chapman

Tadd Chapman visited Mexico for the first time in 1998, he fell in love with the Baja and has settled here since. He left Vancouver to make San Jose his hometown, founding Habaneros in 2004 with a unique vision of Mexican cuisine, acquiring the term “Cocina Fusion Mexicana”.
