La Dolce offers a traditional Italian menu.

Juan Calderoni was born in Sonora, of Mexican father and Guatemalan mother.  His love for food took him to Louisiana in the United States to study  gastronomy. His passion led him to travel around Mexico and in San José del Cabo, where he partnered with Stefano Miotto,  and, after overcoming natural disasters and economic crises, he became the head chef of “La Dolce”.

In a relaxed and casual atmosphere you´ll enjoy traditional  recipes from northern Italy, such as Quattro Formaggi, Frutti di Mare, or steak served with gorgonzola cheese, you can´t miss their  pizzas with fresh ingredients prepared in an oven with mesquite wood to give them a local taste, they also offer a wide selection of the best national and international wines.
