Before settling in San José del Cabo, Genadis Corrales lived in Topolobampo, Sinaloa, and learned about the culinary traditions of this land. He emigrated to the other side of the Sea of Cortez, as many others, looking for opportunities, and has been living in Baja California Sur for more than 15 years, playing with colors and celebrating the Mexican cuisine in every dish.
