Taking place once a month, Baja Lab Kitchen is an exclusive gastronomy event that will see some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs presiding over the kitchen at COMAL in collaboration with Executive Chef Yvan Mucharraz for an unprecedented encounter between the world’s most extraordinary culinary minds and Baja California’s naturally rich bounty.
This month we are welcoming Chef Daniela Soto-Innes a Mexican-born chef and the youngest chef named World’s Best Female Chef by the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards.
