Taking place once a month, Baja Lab Kitchen is an exclusive gastronomy event that will see some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs presiding over the kitchen at COMAL in collaboration with Executive Chef Yvan Mucharraz for an unprecedented encounter between the world’s most extraordinary culinary minds and Baja California’s naturally rich bounty.

Chef Yvan will be welcoming Chefs Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil ranked as the 9th best restaurant in the world by The 50 Best Restaurants list and Chef Roberto Solis, of Nectar in Merida, known as the father of new Yucatan cuisine.
