Los Cabos with Oaxaca Flavor


Save the date for a gasstronomic experience with the flavors of Oaxaca at Don Sánchez on our 2nd Anniversary.

Talented Chefs Olga Cabrera from the Oaxacan restaurant Tierra del Sol and Bianca Castro, pastry chef from Mexicali, will cook alongside the leader of Grupo Ediths and researcher of the regional cuisine of Sudcalifornia, Edith Jiménez, and our Chef Edgar Román. The experience will be paired by Monte Xanic's winemaker, Hans Backhoff.
