Nozomi by Esperanza


Nozomi, meaning hope is a multi-course Omakase menu (chef’s choice), following the nomadic tradition of the original Japanese sailors who visited Baja.

The menu features ingredients hailing from different ports of call around the peninsula, resulting in courses of Japanese classics like miso broth infused with Magdalena Bay crab, as well as the day’s selection of organic vegetables, seafood, poultry and grass fed meats slowly cooked in our hibachi— the traditional Japanese charcoal grill preparation.
