You don't find an awkward and tense atmosphere that you would find in another steak house. It is comfortable to laugh. It remains awhile. Experience the sizzling. Most of all, enjoy your visit. This is the place that shows the world everything that can be a steak. With much attention we select and age the meat to be so tender. They are cut thick to ensure they are juicy. They are cooked to perfection at 1800 degrees. We cook simply with salt, pepper and a little parsley, because such a good steak needs nothing. We finish with fresh butter that sizzles on your plate and heralds the arrival of a great steak.
