At the helm of YAYA, Chileno Bay Resort & Residence’s restaurant named in honor of the Mediterranean and Latin American grandmothers is Chef Eliana Godinez. Inspired by the “Italian way,” as she puts it, Chef Godinez uses made-from-scratch ingredients and live-fire cooking traditions passed down by generations of women. Before Chileno Bay, she trained under Chef Massimo Bottura of the 3 Michelin Star Osteria Francescana and now offers refined cuisine in a relaxed environment.
The high-end District MX Eat + Drink in San José del Cabo is popular with visitors and locals alike for its extensive menu of signature tequila and mezcal cocktails and Mexican beers as well as delicious burgers, sandwiches, and desserts. For one night only, audiences will enjoy a stage and musical journey that explores the ancient stories of women’s strength and health in Latin America as Clarissa Pinkola Estés performs, “Mujer que Canta con Lobos por Corina Lawrence.” Based on her book, “Mujeres Que Corren Con Lobos,” the play is performed in Spanish and tickets are available for the March 8th, 8 pm show.
