Enlighten Your 2022
Foodies, this one’s for you. At the Cocina del Mar restaurant at the Esperanza Resort & Spa in Cabo San Lucas, Chef Alexis Palacios is preparing a special six-course dinner to provide the perfect finish to 2021. After the meal, stay at the resort to enjoy the live band and midnight fireworks.
For La Familia
In addition to the specials at Cocina del Mar, live music and fireworks, Esperanza is also hosting a Fin de Año Fiesta at La Palapa, with games for kids and sommelier-selected wines for adults. Enjoy live cooking stations and authentic, family-style Mexican dishes at their open-air kitchen.
Go Gourmet
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort has two on-location restaurants with special menus for the evening. At LaFrida, you can enjoy a gourmet tasting menu with live music from a pianist and saxophonist. Pueblo Bonito’s family-style restaurant, The Bistro, features live music along with their own special four-course menu.
Under the Stars
You can also take your celebration outside with a reservation at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Beach Golf & Spa Resort. They are serving a special buffet on their open-air beachfront Constellation Deck and offering private dinners on the beach with a tasting menu. Both options give you front row seats to all the fireworks in the area.
Keep it Fresh
Chileno Bay Resort & Residences is hosting a poolside party featuring fresh Baja and Mediterranean cuisine. Cooking stations around the pool deck and La Playita grill will offer shellfish, charcuterie, lobster, veal and so much more. To complement the feast, DJ Jordi Rivera will serve up tunes for you to dance the rest of 2021 away.
