Inspired by the story of the mojito’s origin, Draque Cocktail Lounge is adjacent to Corazón Cabo’s lobby and offers an expansive menu of specialty cocktails. In the late 1500s in Havana waters, Sir Francis Drake—also referred to as ‘El Draque’ or ‘the dragon’—sought a cure for his ailing crew. An elixir of rum, sugar cane, lime, and mint leaves saved his crew and became known as ‘El Draque,’ now the modern-day mojito. Find the cure at Draque.
