From the creative mind of the Maître Cuisinier of France Aurélien Legeay, came the idea of creating DUM Restaurant, an establishment that has caused furor in the small community of Pueblo Mágico of Todos Santos due to the chef's unique cuisine and the originality of the place where it is located. The word DUM means the palm tree of the Tebaida, which was considered sacred in ancient Egypt and whose seed has been found in the tombs of the pharaohs such as Tutankhamun, where the finding was that in his tomb of more than 3000 years were found baskets made with this palm tree, from which, according to history, its fruits were traditionally offered at important ceremonies. For this reason, this eclectic place known for its excellent gastronomy, is located in an impressive oasis of palm trees in the magical town of Todos Santos and is today the perfect setting to perform celebrations and special events.
