Overview

Héctor Estrada, born in Panama in 1962. He emigrated to Mexico City in 1983 to study art at INBA's "La Esmeralda" School of Painting, Sculpture and Engraving. He finished his artistic preparation in 1983. In his native country, he is a founding member of the Panamanian Association of Plastic Artists and professor at the Ganexa Academy of Fine Arts and administrator of the visual arts department of the National Institute of Culture. His artistic career led him to exhibit, individually or among colleagues, in Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic, Honduras and Cuba. In 2014, residing in Cabo San Lucas, opened the doors of Hector Estrada Art Gallery where fine art pieces are exhibited, because in addition to the incredible artwork of Hector Estrada, are produced with high quality material. The Estrada experience envelops the senses, impacts and initiates a colossal visual journey in search of the treasures hidden in Hector Estrada's peculiar technique.
