La Carreta Los Cabos, under the concept of “neighborhood cuisine” gives a gastronomic tour through the traditional Oaxaca cuisine, using ingredients that come from Oaxaca such as quesillo, chapulines (crickets), maguey worm salt, mezcal, etc.
