Chef Claudio Hotter has officially taken the helm of Marquis Los Cabos’ culinary program, with an illustrious resume that spans a selection of Mexico hotels, and a deep understanding and passion for healthy and culturally-inspired cuisine.

Edgar Román

With more than 20 years of experience leading kitchens, Edgar Román is currently the corporate chef at Grupo Ediths, major restaurateur in Los Cabos, and is head chef and partner at Don Sánchez, a contemporary Mexican restaurant in downtown San José del Cabo.

Alex Branch

Branch has now partnered with restaurant group Sabor a Madera to open NAO, a Mediterranean restaurant which focuses on Chef Branch´s interpretation of the cross utilization of ingredients between the Baja Peninsula and the Mediterranean.

Eric de Maeyer

In February 2022, Chef Eric joined Corazon Cabo Resort and Spa, a Noble House Resort where he is responsible for overseeing the culinary team and all restaurants at the property: Aleta, Beach Club, and Rooftop 360, as well as catering and banquets.
